A range of trips to cover most tastes, from race meetings to historic buildings. All our day trips incorporate comfort breaks if they are necessary. If you will need to pay any extras, in the way of admission charges, we will tell you here - we know that there is nothing worse than paying for a day out and then discovering that you have to pay as much again to get your full enjoyment from the day.
Race Meetings
Comfortable and convenient transport to your favourite race meetings. When a meeting is on we will take you to Hamilton, Ayr and Musselburgh racecourses in Scotland and to Carlisle and Hexham racecourses in England.
Shopping Trips
We can get you easily and comfortably to your favourite shopping centre. Chose from Braehead near Glasgow, Newcastle & Gateshead Metro, Edinburgh Princes Street or Oswaldtwhistle Mills in Lancashire. We also do weekend trips, incorporating shopping, to Manchester and Belfast.
Alnwick Castle and Gardens
The second largest castle in England (after Windsor Castle), dating back to the 11th Century, Alnwick Castle has also been used as a location for many films, including Harry Potter, Blackadder and Elizabeth. During July and August falconry displays, a court jester and Harry Potter theme days add to the attraction, while the beautiful gardens, with their amazing tree walk, combine to make this an ideal day out for all ages.
Muncaster Castle
Between the Irish Sea and Hardknott Pass, Muncaster Castle is located in one of Europe's most dramatic landscapes. Explore the paths in gardens located beneath the grandeur of Scafell Pike, England's highest peak. The castle, home to the Pennington family for over 800 years, is a treasure trove of art and antiques.Together with the owl centre, a maze and resident ghosts, this is an excellent day out for all the family.
